Job Description:
- Manage, direct, and implement strategy for SEO plans
- Conduct competitive research for benchmarking purposes
- Perform SEO link building and submission activities
- Optimize new and existing pages using only white hat techniques
- Research competitive keywords related to client's website and develop SEO strategies to attain higher rankings for those keywords
- Complete ongoing marketing campaign reporting and analysis
- Keep current with online and search marketing news, trends, best practices and algorithm updates and report to team
- Monitor, track, and report SEO on all organic traffic metrics as determined per account
- Continued monitoring of keyword positions and optimization of client's website
- Interpret and analyze site data and present findings and strategy
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in interactive marketing
- Agency experience preferred
Job Requirement/Proficiencies:
- Deep understanding and passion for SEO / search marketing
- Understanding of HTML and basic web design
- Experience in interactive marketing, online media and social media
- Social Media Optimization experience a plus
- Proficiency in keyword research, analytics and reporting
- Advanced understanding and use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ClickTracks or other analytics program a plus
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on analytical thinking
- Confidence in dealing with clients in a professional manner

- 13-days Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) initially

Salary Information:
$60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
