Job Description:

  • Manage, direct, and implement strategy for SEO plans
  • Conduct competitive research for benchmarking purposes
  • Perform SEO link building and submission activities
  • Optimize new and existing pages using only white hat techniques
  • Research competitive keywords related to client's website and develop SEO strategies to attain higher rankings for those keywords
  • Complete ongoing marketing campaign reporting and analysis
  • Keep current with online and search marketing news, trends, best practices and algorithm updates and report to team
  • Monitor, track, and report SEO on all organic traffic metrics as determined per account
  • Continued monitoring of keyword positions and optimization of client's website
  • Interpret and analyze site data and present findings and strategy

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in interactive marketing
  • Agency experience preferred

Job Requirement/Proficiencies:

  • Deep understanding and passion for SEO / search marketing
  • Understanding of HTML and basic web design
  • Experience in interactive marketing, online media and social media
  • Social Media Optimization experience a plus
  • Proficiency in keyword research, analytics and reporting
  • Advanced understanding and use of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ClickTracks or other analytics program a plus
  • Must be detail oriented with a focus on analytical thinking
  • Confidence in dealing with clients in a professional manner

  • 13-days Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) initially

Salary Information:

$60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
